The Ce/sup 144/ conversion spectrum was studied with a spiral, 0.25% resolving power BETA spectrometer. A diagram of the conversion line at 57.7 kev is presented showing two components with energies of 57.76 and 57.45 kev, in good agreement with the magnitudes K-100 and M-59. Also, the Line L/sub 1/-100, E /sub e/ = 92.83 kev was found. According to the obtained data the 100-kev transition energy is (99.7 plus or minus 0.1) kev. In rela tion to the area under the K and L/sub 1/ lines, the conversion ratio coefficient for alpha /sub K// alpha L/sub 1/ = 3.3 plus or minus 0.8. The contribution M-95 was evaluated. The value for the conversion coefficient corresponds to transition M- 3. (R.V.J.)
