Accumulation and cycling of calcium by flowering Dogwood trees
- Univ. of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN (United States)
This is a study of the influence of flowering dogwood trees on the distribution of calcium in forest stands. The two primary objectives are to document the accumulation of calcium by various plant organs and to determine the rate of calcium circulation in the tree-soil system.
