Tests on the thermomechanical properties of 12 MH steel (0.15% C, 0.30% Si, 0.61% Mn, 0.52% Cr, 0.37% Ni, 0.45% Mo) and 15 M steel (0.l5% C, 0.33% Si, 0.49% Mn, 0.34% Cr, 0.46% Mo) at 450 C showed that 12 MH steel has a highertensile strength; however, both have good mechanical resistance. (R.V.J.)
