An integrator is described for averaging the output of a pyrheliometers an instrument for measuring solar radiation intensity. The integrator utilizes a passive smoothing network which automatically records periodically the weighted average of the previous period's radiation. The results of the machine compare favorably with manual graphical analyses. (T.R.H.)
