Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4246654
data on fall-out following the intensive series of bomb sian October series was estimated to have added about l2.5 to l5 megatons equivalent of fission products to the stratospheric fall-out and the length of storage time are discussed. Data in above the previous inventory. Various theories of the length of storage time are discussed. Data indicate that the residence time is a bout 3 years instead 6of as previously estimated. The influence of latitude on t he rate of fallout is discussed. Data are included on the movement of bomb carbon- 14, and the carbon-14 content of the troposphere and living matter. l5 references.
