Equations are derived for the dlffuslon of monoenergetic neutrons in a stratified heterogeneous medium. The neutron sources are plane and are located at infinity. The problem of homogenization and anisotropy of the heterogeneous medium is solved on the assumption of microscopic isotropy of scattering of the neutrons. The problem is solved generally (general position of the source, and active and inactive medium) (auth)
