BS>Large-scale changes in the neutron flux distribution are possible in the HWCTR, corresponding to the large reactivity transients which will lie experienced. To investigate the magnitude of the actual effects, the vertical, azimuthals and radial flux shapes were determined for a wide range of possible control rod configurations in the reactor mockup. Flux shapes around the tubular fuel assemblies were also investigated.
