A log-period amplifier which is combined with power supply on a rack- mounted chassis with a 7-in. panel is described. The circuits are transistorized except for electrometer tubes and log diodes. Input power is 25 watts. Noise reducing and calibrating circuits as well as a catching circuit to keep the log diode in its logarithmic range are built into the amplifier. (auth)
