THE IMPROVED DUAL-TEMPERATURE PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HEAVY WATER (INCLUDING COST ANALYSIS AND PILOT PLANT PROGRAM)
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:4236815
An improved process for the production of heavy water at low cost by the Hydrogen Sulfide-Water Dual-Temperature Process is described and evaluated. Operating and construction costs are estimated for a full-scale plant to produce five tons of heavy water per month and a pilot plant to produce five hundred pounds per month. An engineering study program is presented. (auth)
