A method of calculating the impedance of a dipole within an ionized medium of low attenuation is presented. This report may be regarded as a continuation of the writers' memorandum bearing the same title, which presents an alternative, but possibly more complicated, solution of the problem. Essentially the same approximations are made in both treatments of the subject. (auth)
