REACTOR KINETICS FOR MULTI-REGION MULTI-FUEL REACTORS
On the basis of two-group diffusion theory the inhour and kinetic equations are derived for a reactor containing a different fissionable material in each of its two regions. The method of small perturbations is used in the derivation. The results are compared with inhour and linetic equations that would be obtained by homogenizing the materials from bcth regions throughout the reactor. Methods for computing the parameters occurring in the equations are indicated. (auth)
