Solar and terrestrial observations associated with the cosmic-ray storm of February 11, 1958, are discussed relative to North-South anisotropy and the anticipatory increase of intensity. A chronology of events associated with the Forbush Decrease of February 11 is given and the connection between these events is discussed. (C.J.G.) expcsures, The charge spectra, flux, mean free paths, and angular distributions are given. (auth)
