ON THE INVESTIGATION OF $pi$-MESON-HYPERON INTERACTION (in Russian)

It is shown that if the unitarity of the S-matrix is taken into account one can derive some information on the scattering of pi mesons by LAMBDA and SIGMA hyperons by analyzing the data on the interaction of K mesons with nucleons. The possibility of studying pi - LAMBDA and pi -- SIGMA interactions by investigating peripheral collisions between hyperons and nucleons is discussed. (auth)
