THE INTERACTION OF RARE EARTH IONS WITH DIETHYLENETRIAMINEPENTAACETIC ACID

The interactions of rare earth ions with diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) were investigated by potentiometric procedures. Metal chelate formation constants were calculated and compared with those defining similar interactions with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and N- hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid. (auth)
