C$sup 12$(p,2p)B$sup 11$ IN THE IMPULSE APPROXIMATION

The cross section for C/sup 12/(p,2p)B/sup 11/ is calculated on the basis of the impulse approximation using a W.K.B. method, in which absorption is taken into account. The effects of reflection and refraction are discussed, and the former is treated approximately. The effect of finite energy resolution on the observed angular distribution of the two protons is found. (auth)
