The distribution of the elements lithium, cesium, rubidium, tantalum, niobium, and beryllium were determined in the minerals albite, microcline, quartz, turmaline, muscovite, beryl, pollucite, lepidolite, spodumene, garnet, apatite, and clevelandite of two pegmatite veins. The dispersion of the elements was studied. The average content of the rock-forming minerals is 0.0003% Nb, and Ta, 0.0009% Be, 0.018% Li, 0.107% Cs, and 0.64% Rb. The reasons for this dispersion are discussed. (J.S.R.)
