RADIATION EFFECT ON INSULATORS (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Atomnaya Energ.
OSTI ID:4209057
Tests were made of porcelain, mica, and quartz electro conductivity dependence on neutron and gamma flux. The results show that quartz, porcelain, and mica retain their insulating properties at a neutron density of 10/sup 13/ n/ cm/sup 2/sec and an integral irradiation flux of ~5 x 10/sup 18/ n/cm/sup 2/.
