Metal abundances of Draco and eight galactic globular clusters

Photometric metal abundances of individual giants in the Draco galaxy and eight globular clusters have been obtained using the C, M, T$sub 1$, T$sub 2$ photometric system. This new broad-band system was designed specifically for photometric abundance determinations of G and K giants. The results show that Fe/ H=-3.0 for the Draco giants, much lower than M92. M22 is metal-deficient, Fe/H=- 2.0, in agreement with its horizontal-branch morphology, but inconsistent with the slope of the red-giant branch. Fe/H of NGC 4147 and NGC 7006 is similar to M22.
