PRODUCTION OF tpi/-MESONS IN pd-COLLISIONS AND INTERNUCLEAR MOTION OF NUCLEONS (in Russian)

It is shown that the energy dependence of the cross sections for the production of pi -mesons in nucleon-deuteron collisions and the energy spectra of pi -mesons can be calculated with a rather good accuracy from data on free nucleon-nucleon collisions. In the energy range from the threshold of meson production to approximately 700 Mev, the influence of the nucleon binding in the deuteron mainly leads to a change in the magnitude of the cross sections as a result of internuclear motion of the nucleons. The effective momentum distribution of nucleons in the deuteron was found. (auth)
