THE INDUCED CHARGE METHOD OF READING CONDENSER DOSIMETERS

Certain improvements were made in the pocket condenser-chamber dosimeter with the object of increasing its reliability and accuracy, and of allowing the dose received to be read as often as required without affecting the charge on the chamber. It is proposed that the improved dosimeter might be cheaper and more sensitive than a quartz fiber dosimeter and might be widely used as a supplement to film badges, allowing the latter to be developed less frequently than at present.
