To compare the theoretical results of the calculations of the shielding of the Melusine Reactor with the actual activity levels found around the reactor, some measurement results obtained during 1-Mw operation are presented. The measurements show that the activity levels do not exceed the tolerance levels and agree with the theoretical predictions in most cases. (J.S.R.)
