STATIONARY FLOW OF CONDUCTING FLUID IN INFINITELY LONG ANNULAR TUBE WITH RADIAL MAGNETIC FIELD (in Russian)

Three particular cases of incompressible viscous conducting flow in an infinitely long annular tube with a radial magnetic field were analyzed, and precise solutions of magnetohydrodynamic equations for these cases are derived. Cases of flow between infinitely long, coaxial, penetrable cylinders with constant pressure drop and constant injection or removal of fluid and of a stationary twisted flow in an infinitely long non-conducting nonpenetrable annular tube are examined. Some suggestions . are offered on flow control by magnetic and electric fields. (R.V.J.)
