MEASUREMENT OF ABSORBED DOSES RECEIVED FROM EMANATION AND DECAY PRODUCTS THEREOF (in Russian)

A method is suggested for measuring the doses from absorbed radon, short- life ore resistant t emitters RaB and RaC, and longlife radon daughters. Measurements were also made for thoron and actinon and new maximum permissible concentrations of thoron and radon in air are quoted. The suggested method of dose determination can be applied for any radioactive chain absorbed by organism. The feasibility of individual dosimetric control emanation daughter products in the respiratory passages is confirmed. (tr-auth)
