ON INELASTIC SCATTERING OF NEUTRONS AND PROTONS BY NUCLEI (in Ukrainian)

Direct inelastic scattering of nucleons on light nuclei by interaction of the incident nucleon with the external nucleon of the nucleus is considered. The interaction with the nucleus core is taken into account, using a diffraction model. The single particle wave functions of the nucleus were chosen according to the shell model with oscillator potential. As an example, the calculations of angular distribution were carried out for the case of inelastic proton scattering on Si/sup 29/. (auth)
