An analysis was made of interactions between electric oscillator fluxes, moving at a constant rate and rotating with identical velocities in a plane perpendicular to the magnetic field, and unrestricted plasma in a constant magnetic field. Equilibrium electron beam and plasma charges are compensated by positive ion charges. The analysis was confined to high-frequency electron oscillations. (R.V.J.)
