Moller wave operator and off-shell t-matrix elements for nucleon--nucleon interactions

A recently developed method for efficiently computing off-shell t matrix elements is applied to the nucleon--nucleon interaction. Sample results are given for the $sup 1$$S$$sub 0$ Reid soft core potential.
