The various devices for low-temperature irradiation that were bulit in the Centre d'Etudes Nucleaires de Grenoble are described. Irradiations at liquid- nitrogen temperature (78 deg K) were carried out, now it is possible to operate at liquid-- hydrogen temperature (28 deg K); in this case it is necessary however, for safety reasons, to separate the irradiation bath (liquid neon) from the cooling circuit.
