ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION OF PROTON IN INELASTIC SCATTERING ON CHROMIUM AND NICKEL (in Russian)

Inelastic scattering of 6.8 Mev protons on chromium and nickel isotopes was investigated. A typical energy spectrum of 6.8 Mev protons scattered on Cr/ sup 52/ at 90 deg was plotted as well as the angular distributions of protons scattered on Cr/sup 52/ and Ni/sup 58/ at the 1.45 Mev (2/sup +/) levels. Partial cross sections for inelastic proton scattering, evaluated for Ni/sup 58/ at the 1.45 Mev level, Ni/sup 60/ at the 1.33 Mev level, and Ni/sup 62/ at the 1.17 Mev level at 140 to 160 deg , were slightly larger (30 mb steradian/sup -1/) than for the lighter isotopes (20 mb steradian/sup -1/ for Ni/sup 60/ and 10 mb
