The charge asymmetry R ≡ Γ(K$$°\atop{L}$$ → π^-μ⁺vμ)/ Γ(K$$°\atop{L}$$ → π⁺μ^-$$\bar{v}$$_μ) is measured to be 1.0098 ± .0032. Data is taken with scintillation counters and optical thin-plate and thick-plate spark chambers are used for calibration of systematic effects.
