Arc melted niobium-base binary alloys of Ti, Zr, Mo, V, W, lIf, and some teruary alloys were evaluated for workability, and some elevated temperature tensile tests were conducted. Recrystallization studies on alloys were continued. Revitation melting in vacuum was successfully accomplished on alloys for phase diagram studies. Data from x ray examination on Nb--Al and Nb--Hf systems are reported. (auth)
