Proton scattering on the stable even samarium isotopes at 25 MeV (in German)

Thesis/Dissertation ·
OSTI ID:4136085
Elastic and inelastic proton scattering was measured on the five even samarium isotopes $sup 144$Sm, $sup 148$Sm, $sup 150$Sm, $sup 152$Sm, and $sup 154$Sm with an injection energy of Esub(p) = 25.6 MeV. The parameters of the optical potential were investigated as a function of the increasing neutron excess of the target nuclei. The simple phaenomenological optical model (SOM) allows the description of the expected dependence of the surface potential of the imaginary part and its diffusion parameter on the symmetry term (N-Z)/A, but not of a desired dependence of the real central potential.
