Azimuthally periodic orbital deformations near betatron and synchrotron oscillations were investigated, considering internal target irradiation and beam extraction from synchrotrons with strong focusing. A quantitative analysis was made of nonstationary processes in orbit excitation. Technical aspects of various conditions are discussed. (tr-auth)
