A report is given of the activities of the Bureau Eurisotop in the field of food irradiation. The main subjects are studies of sprout inhibition of potatoes, radurization of shrimps and radicidation of egg products. The legal aspects of marketing of irradiated foodstuffs are discussed with representative of the member states. (MG)
