SOLID STATE IN RADIATION DOSIMETRY (in Spanish)

Journal Article · · Energia Nucl. (Madrid)
OSTI ID:4126942
The general theory of the operation of solid state radiation detection devices is reviewed. The dosimeters work ing by coloration, radiophotoluminescence, luminescence decay, thermoluminescence, and radioinduced conductivity are then briefly discussed. The use of cadmium sulfides and selenides and other solid state detectors using the con ductivity change and the photovoltaic effect, is described. (J.S.R.)
