The phase shifts of high-energy Dirac and Klein-Gordon particles are calculated by a simple method. It is assumed that the incident particle is extremely relativistic so that the energy E of the incident particle is greater than the mass m of the Dirac or Klein-Gordon particle. (J.S.R.)
