The reactions Be$sup 9$(d,p$sub 0$)Be$sup 10$(0), Be$sup 9$(d,p$sub 1$)Be$sup 10$(3.368 MeV), Be$sup 9$(d,t$sub 0$)Be$sup 8$(0), Be$sup 9$(d,$alpha$$sub 0$)Li$sup 7$(0), and Be$sup 9$(d,$alpha$$sub 1$)Li$sup 7$ (0.478 MeV) were studied at deuteron bombarding energies ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 MeV. The angular distributions of the outgoing particles of these five reactions were measured, respectively, between theta/sub L/=10$sup 0$ and 155$sup 0$ at eleven bombarding energies E/sub d/:0.150, 0.220, 0.401, 0.706, 1.005, 1.301, 1.484, 1.750, 2.000, 2.250, and 2.500 MeV. The excitation functions of the reaction Be$sup 9$(d,p$sub 0$)Be$sup 10$ were measured at theta/sub L/=135$sup 0$, with E/ sub d/ from 0.1 to 2.5 MeV, at theta/sub L/=95$sup 0$ with E/sub d/ from 0.1 to 2.2 MeV, and theta/sub L/=112.5$sup 0$ with E/sub d/ from 0.5 to 2.5 MeV, respectively. By using thicker targets (100--300 $mu$g/cm$sup 2$), the absolute cross sections of the reaction Be$sup 9$(d,p$sub 0$)Be$sup 10$ with E/sub d/=1.2 MeV, were measured at theta/sub L/=135$sup 0$ and 112.5$sup 0$. The results were sigma/sub p0/(theta/sub L/=135$sup 0$) =1.60 mb/sr and sigma/sub p0/(theta/sub L/ =112.5$sup 0$) =1.55 mb/sr. Thus, the behaviors of the cross sections of all five groups of outgoing particles were known in this energy range. Results are discussed. (auth)
