LATENT IMAGE FADING IN DUPONT TYPE 555 PERSONNEL MONITORING FILM AT CHALK RIVER

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4115930
DuPont type 555 films enclosed in the new AECL Photobadge were irradiated and stored at temperatures and relative humidities ranging from 35 to 85 deg F, and 35 to 75% for one and two-week periods. It was concluded that the effect of latent image fading was small compared with the errors normally encountered in relating film optical density to exposure, and in any case not greater than 10%.
