Rescattering corrections and the Pomeron structure

An approximate treatment of long-range absorption due to elastic rescattering of pairs of particles in the final state is given. By this method absorptive corrections to Pomeron vertex and propagator is estimated and the strong coupling scheme of the Gribov calculus discussed. (FR)
