CAI$sub 2$ AND CaI$sub 2$(Eu) SCINTILLATION CRYSTALS

The scintillation and other physical properties of CaI/sub 2/ and CaI/ sub 2/(Eu) crystals are presented. The gamma spectra of Co/sup 57/ and Cs/sup 137/ obtained with these crystals are illustrated. The resolution performance is compared with other scintillation crystals. (C.E.S.)
