A NOTE ON WAVE PROPAGATION IN PLASMA

An equation for the propagation of electromagnetic waves in a plane- layered inhomogeneous isotropic plasma is solved. The calculatron is based on the dielectric method for treating the autocorrelation function of the fluctuating microfield in the plasma. (R.E.U.)
