A study was made of the impact of the Fallout Protection booklet which was published by OCD in December 1961. While collecting data specific to that objective, other useful information relevent to public information about and attitudes toward civil defense was collected. Data are presented from an analysis of respondents, who were classified into four levels of interest with respect to constructing family shelters. (C.H.)
