In a two-stage boiler (preferably for nuclear power plants) the blower circulating the heating gas is driven by a turbine fed by the steam of the high- temperature stage superheated before passage to the turbine. The steam leaving this turbine is mixed with the steam produced in the low-pressure boiler and feeds, after being superheated. the low-pressure stage of the turbogenerator of the plant. The blower may be installed inside the boiler-containing shell. (NPO)
