ON SPHERICAL VORTEX SOURCES IN MAGNETO-HYDRODYNAMICS (in Russian)

Spherical vortex flow, which is the flow of a viscous fluid generated by a uniformly rotating sphere, is investigated. Magnetohydrodynamic equations for a viscous incompressible fluid with finite conductivity are used to investigate spherical vortex flow in the presence of a point source (drain) and a magnetic field. Exact solutions, expressed in terms of elementary functions, were obtained for three individual cases. (tr-auth)
