Copper vapor laser operating at a high pulse repetition frequency

Journal Article · · Sov. J. Quant. Electron. (Engl. Transl.), v. 5, no. 8, pp. 1003-1004

An investigation was made of the optimal conditions for the operation of a copper vapor laser emitting at 510.6 and 578.2 nm. Stimulated emission was obtained as a result of a discharge in an Ne--CuI mixture. A simple power supply system ensured a stimulated emission pulse repetition frequency of 30 kHz. (AIP)
