Retention and excretion of strontium-90 by a former dial painter (Case 01- 576)

Technical Report ·
DOI:https://doi.org/10.2172/4093126· OSTI ID:4093126
Excretion rates of $sup 90$Sr by a former dial painter, Case 01-576, were determined on excreta collected in 1968. She excreted 249 and 64 pCi/day in urine and feces, respectively, or about 7 percent of the body content per year. Analysis of the data on this subject indicated that the power function described the retention and excretion rates better than did the single exponential. (auth)
