A convention among the OEEC countries on the thirdparty liability in nuclear energy matters is presented. The purpose is to urify the basic rules regarding liability incurred for damage from nuclear incidents. Terms are defined, and 23 other articles are given dealing with liability in storage and transport of materials, compensation, and jurisdiction. (T.R.H.)
