scalar amplitudes without kinematical singularities is presented for the case of two-particle to two-particle transition amplitudes for particles with arbitrary spins and arbitrary, nonzero masses. It is concluded that the conditions for a holomorphic decomposition are satisfied in analytic S-matrix theory. (D.C.W.)
