The (p,t) reaction on $sup 141$Pr is studied in order to determine the general systematics of the (p,t) reaction in the rare earth region. The residual nucleus of this reaction $sup 139$Pr is studied through the epsilon/$beta$$sup +$ decay of the ground and metastable states of $sup 139$Nd. (auth)
