A study was made of a separated meson K/sup +/ beam using a 30-in. propane bubble chamber. The approximately 230,000 pictures taken during the run were scanned, and preliminary results of analyses are given for: THETA /sub 1/- THETA /sub 2/i mass difference; leptonic decays of K/sup o/ mesons; meson ( pi ) production by K/sup +/ mesons in propane; polarization of protons from K-p scattering; scattering of LAMBDA hyperons on hydrogen; and hyperfragment lifetimes. An analysis of a 15-in. liquid hydrogen bubble chamber in a 1.15-Bev/ c K/sup -/ meson beam resulted in the discovery of resonances in (1) the pi - LAMBDA system, as shown by the energy distribution of the final reaction products, K/sup -/ + p yields LAMBDA + pi /sup +/ + pi /sup +/ + pi /sup +/ and (2) the K- pi system, by studying the energy distribution of the final products in, K/sup -/ + p - yields K-bar/sup o/ + p + pi /sup -/. Film studies of a pi /sup +/ meson beam in a72-in. Liquid hydrogen bubble chamber were scanned, and the results assessed to determine: (1) the relative sign of the decay asymmetry parameters of the LAMBDA hyperon as compared to the SIGMA hyperon; (2) the SIGMA /sup o/- LAMBDA relative parity; and (3) the SIGMA /sup -/ yields n + pi /sup -/ state. A study of 2-Bev/c pi /sup -/ mesons in a 14- in hydrogen chamber resulted in 45,000 useful pictures, which are being scanned and analysed for high-energy pi - pi interactions. Analyses were made for 100 interactions of the types pi /sup -/ + P yields pi /sup +/ + pi /sup -/ + n and pi /sup -/ + P yields pi + pi /sup o/ >so + p, and 70 interactions of pi /sup -/ + p yields pi /sup -/ + pi /sup -/ + pi /sup +/ + p.
