APPLICATIONS OF THE MOSSBAUER EFFECT

Various applications of the Mossbauer effect including the gravitational red-shift, detecting the shift in an accelerated system, polarization of resonance radiations from the 14-kev level in Fe/sup 57/, and others are discussed, and the information that is revealed by Mossbauer absorption-emission is discussed.
